| Ariat Heritage Red Boots from Country Outfitter |
I have mentioned one or two times (Okay. So a few more than that.) about these gorgeous Ariat Heritage Red Boots that I received from Country Outfitter, an Acumen Brands company, as a participant in the recent Arkansas Women Bloggers Unplugged Conference held at the Ozark Folk Center in Mountain View, AR. ALL participants received a pair! Talk about some sweet SWAG!
Not only did I receive a pair, Country Outfitter is providing my readers an opportunity to win a $150.00 gift certificate toward a pair of their choosing. How cool is that?
John James, M.D. and CEO of Acumen Brands located in Fayetteville, AR was a family practice physician before giving it up to pursue his ecommerce business. A Benton, AR native, James has two claims to fame other than his phenomenal business success. (And we're not counting that ecommerce quiz bowl question business that he developed to put himself through medical school.)
First, he's married to my friend and blogging buddy the incredible Amy of Our Everyday Dinners (sure to be the next Pioneer Woman - citified, of course) and the father to three precious children.
Second, whether he will admit it or not, he owes his scholastic and, perhaps, his entrepreneurial success to the time he spent in MY preschool classroom. I'm just certain that my pedagogical strategies got him off to a great start. Ya' just know it!
